Zoom has given great service to our company while we were customers. Now we want to cancel our subscription, they're not responding to our emails. Anyone else going through this sort of thing?
There is currently a 5-7 second delay when selecting one Auto Receptionist option on our phone system. Is it possible to reduce the time it takes for the next set of prompts to be announced?
I have done a Zoom recording but I couldn't find it in Zoom. ¿Who could help me to find it?
Thanks in advance.
Sincerely
Inés
Is there any workaround to get the notifications of team or direct DMs in both the devices that I'm logged in to (in my case, laptop and mobile)? Currently I'm getting only the most recent logged-in device. But if there's any workaround to have it on multiple devices, then I can always stay connected with the messages that I get.

I am frustrated that the new Zoom look has removed recurring meetings (or at least all my former ones). And now instead of presenting me with upcoming and recurring meetings, I get my Outlook calendar. I have Outlook - I don't need Zoom to inform me when my dental appointment is and to "helpfully" be sure I know that it is "not a Zoom meeting." All these apps start great, then go downhill when they think they need to be the center of our universe. Integrate will with other apps like calendars, but don't duplicate them. I'm glad we are on MS Teams so I only have to use Zoom on occasion - very clunky and not user friendly compared to what it was a couple years ago.

We are testing the use of Evaluations and Calibrations and I think I broadly understand how these features behave. What I'm missing is the process/actions possible post one or more Calibrations of an Evaluation. If there is a material difference between an Evaluation and a Calibration(s) how is this highlighted? What actions could this trigger or is this just reported and actions need to be taken offline (e.g. discuss differences with Evaluator to ensure more consistent assessment going forwards / Replacement of original Evaluation with a new one)? Am I missing features that perhaps: Any advice/tips on the practical use of Calibrations would be appreciated. Thanks!

I went into my Zoom today, which I use for personal reasons to stay in touch with family. I opened on my desktop, per usual, signed in, and it immediately took me to "Zoom Workplace" and all my scheduled meetings were gone. I had to go onto Zoom's website and login to my account there in order to find them. I do not want Zoom workplace. I do not want to be charged for Zoom workplace. I don't want to have to sign in through the website. If I find out I'm being charged extra for a service I neither wanted nor use, I'm cancelling my account and moving to another online meeting platform. Does anyone know how to switch back, or have experienced this?

I have 3 meetings which are recurring and they show up in Meetings under Recurring in my paid account, but nowhere can I find the links to the meetings. You used to be to able to copy an invitation. I need to be able to do this because I don't always have access to email accounts with my clients and often share access via a message thread. Where are the meeting links? Thx.

We are a national homeless healthcare organization and have 50+ staff members -- and about 25+ each host large public-facing meetings and webinars on occasion. We want to limit the number of all-access "admin" roles on our team because it gives that admin access to EVERYTHING in Zoom including each person's work meeting history which feels like an inappropriate and unnecessary violation of privacy for the entire staff team. We are constantly frustrated that co-hosts are not able to access and edit more meeting settings and registration reports in Zoom and there appears to be no way to configure or customize this. We want co-hosts to be able to access registration and attendance reports - otherwise they have to constantly check with a Zoom admin to see who has registered for their event. We want co-hosts to be able to manage registrants, so we can distribute the adminstrative burden of running these meetings and marketing them properly when registration is below expectation. We have also tried using Zapier integration for this purpose, but we found the "Zap" has to be set and re-set for each Zoom meeting which seems excessive. There is no way to do it Zoom-accountwide for meeting registrations. Another workaround we have tried is for the admin to go to the user profile and set up the meeting on someone else's behalf. This at least gives that ONE person besides the admin access to attendance and registration reports (if not the other co-hosts). However, when we setup meetings this way, for some frustrating reason, we are unable to use webinar/meeting templates; and if it's meeting and not a webinar, for some reason the survey library is unavailable as well. When using this approach I have to recreate my most frequently used meeting surveys from scratch which is a frustrating waste of time. We are having these problems in Zoom Workplace -- but also found ourselves with the same problem in Zoom Events, since the Hubs are limited to 5 admins each. And co-host permissions are frustratingly limited and uncustomizable there as well. Please considering adding some features that would help smooth out this workflow. It is truly frustrating and making it impossible for us to design an organizational process around setting up Zoom meetings for our staff and the entire homeless healthcare community which we serve. Thank you.
