Hi. I have spent a few hours looking up how to set up Zoom healthcare. I already have a Zoom one pro account, and anytime I try to add Zoom healthcare, the website just brings me back to my current plan, with no option to obtain Zoom healthcare. Also, I keep reading from multiple people on Zoom community that I need to obtain a BAA in order to be HIPAA complaint. I have tried calling the sales team but no one actually picks up the phone. Automated Task Detection: Zoom Tasks identifies action items from your interactions and automatically adds them to your to-do list
During the meeting, if your manager assigns you and your team several action items, for example, "Prepare a project timeline" or "Reach out to the design team for feedback", Zoom Tasks will automatically capture these tasks and adds them to your to-do list, so you don’t need to manually jot them down.
Chat Discussion
If you chat with a colleague about a project update, and they mention, "I’ll send you the draft by the end of the day", Zoom Tasks can detect the task from the chat and adds a reminder to follow up on the draft. You can assign this task to yourself or set a due date to ensure it gets done.
Follow-Up Call
Let's say you have a follow-up call with a vendor, and for example, they ask you to review the latest budget proposal and send feedback, Zoom Tasks will capture this action item and automatically adds it to your to-do list. El Panel de Control para Administradores y Propietarios lleva años disponible para cuentas con licencias Business o superior. Hoy les traigo una vista rápida de su nuevo diseño y la información que podemos extraer gracias a esta herramienta. Con la nueva página de inicio del Panel de Control tendremos acceso a novedades de Zoom así como un vistazo rápido al uso que le están dando los usuarios de nuestra cuenta a sus licencias y herramientas. Y por supuesto, todo esto conservando las funciones presentes en la versión anterior del Panel de Control (monitorización en vivo del sistema/producto, acceso a datos históricos, etc). Echémosle un vistazo al siguiente video demostrativo creado con Zoom Clips: IMPORTANTE: es posible que la nueva versión del Panel de Control aún no esté disponible en su región pero llegará muy pronto.

How many hoops do I have to jump through to get support from Zoom? If I'm already logged into my Zoom account, why do I have to log in separately to Zoom support? It looks simple to click "Give Feedback," but then there is an entire page of instructions on how to get help. Then when you finally get to a form to submit feedback, you have to filter through 20+ different options so you can help Zoom figure out which tiny arm of their expansive corporate structure should receive your question. Unreal. If Zoom has AI, how about using AI to do some of the work currently dumped on customers? I should be able to type a simple question. I wanted to ask why Norma from SuperNormal has decided to crash every one of my Zoom meetings without my permission. Google makes it easy to ask a question. Why can't Zoom do the same? p.s. - Couldn't even submit this post. "Correct the highlighted errors and try again." I neglected to "label" my message. Again, something AI could do. Too bad they don't know AI.

Did you know that aside from the regular schedule booking on Zoom Scheduler, it also has a poll feature where you can gather availability information from participants for a new meeting? Yes, you read it right! Zoom Scheduler has the Availability Poll feature which is designed to simplify the process of finding a suitable meeting time that works for everyone on your invite list. 3. Share the Poll: Once details are set, you can click on the “Publish” button, and share the link to your invitees. You do have the option to allow poll participants to see each other’s names and votes. 4. Attendees Vote: Attendees then receives a link to the poll and can select their available time slots from the options provided. They can also select multiple date and time that they're available. Availability Poll is best used on all meetings where you’d need to find a common time, but the below are additional scenarios where you can use Availability Poll.
Zoom Scheduler’s Availability Poll can help you eliminate the back-and-forth emails typically involved in scheduling meetings as it can find your meeting participant’s available time, and provide you a visual representation of their preferred date and time, making it easier for you as the host, to find a common ground for your meetings and also gives people on your invite list a voice in scheduling.
So how does this work?
1. Create an Availability Poll: On the Zoom Scheduler, click on “Create Schedules”, and choose "Availability Poll".

Sales Calls / Demo Calls: If you are a sales specialist, you can schedule a call for a group of potential customers and use Scheduler Poll with various time slots to accommodate the schedules of multiple attendees, allowing the your customers to choose a convenient time within their busy schedule to ensure a high attendance rate.
