I want to start using Zoom Notes instead of having notepad open on my Desktop and laptop and them not syncing. I would really like to use dictation with it, though, since a decent amount of the time I am in a meeting talking about what needs to be done, and then get out of the meeting and have to write out what I need to do again. I have started to use the AI companion, but sometimes it does not collect the necessary details that I want to add. For example, during the meeting, I may give a brief explanation on how it will work, but in my notes, I will go into more detail. I don't really want to install anything for the company as it would be more for my specific profile.

I've scheduled a Zoom call with 20 attendees for a date 12 days from today. I want to send comments or a "note" with updates about the call, but I'm not finding a button or tab which allows me to add comments or attach this note to the scheduled call. I see I can share the note by adding recipients' email addresses, but then there's no connection to the scheduled Zoom call. There should be an easy way to send a note or comments to the already-scheduled recipients without having to copy/paste their info into a new .....project? This should be an easy thing to do.

Hi there! It's my first time posting to the Community boards, but I am really excited about the new Notes tool in Zoom. I work for a higher education institution and I see Zoom Notes obviating the need for collaborative documents outside of Zoom to structure in-class activities. My only concern is that the Notes file doesn't seem to be downloadable/exportable. Is there talk of adding that feature at some point? It would be great to be able to download the file as either a .doc/PDF, so students would be able to access the notes offline. Similarly, is there talk of integrating a Notes section in integrated versions of Zoom PRO/Meeting information? If it could be brought into the LTI we use with our Learning Management System, I can see Notes being far more useful. Best, Joey

Good morning Everyone I have a question, i currently work for a company and our boss decided to start using the notes. everything is fine, we can edit it with no problem, however, when our boss leaves the zoom meeting the notes in which we were working dissapear, is there any way we can still using that notes even if he is not on the meeting? I've been looking for a solution but i can't find something related Thank you all

Hi I want to better utilize notes and agendas as prep for a meeting. I saw in a previous post that it said to attach notes when you create a meeting. I don't see how to do that and often I would want to add notes after a meeting has already been created so they show when the meeting starts. How can I do this?

How can I effectively collaborate on ZOOM NOTES during meetings and share notes with participants both in and outside of meetings? Looking for guidance and best practices. Thanks
Is there a way to create a simple table in Notes? We are wanting to use it to do more collaboration but I'm not seeing an option for it and when I try to copy and paste from another document, it makes a mess of it.
We're using Pro plan. We'd like to use notes function inside our meeting, but accounts under our organization can't use note function. It's not visible in the toolbar. (We also checked under 'more' icon) Also, We cannot find notes menu on admin page. Any idea?

I am trying to email my note to my Evernote email address but I'm getting the following error message - ""Admin has disabled collaboration with users outside your organization." I have already enabled note sharing default access level to "Anyone". Please advise.
