Cannot exit the breakout room

The main issue is: For the last 4-5 times I have used Zoom on my Dell laptop, in lessons where they split people in breakout rooms, I have trouble to get back to main room after the time is gone. Zoom freezes up and I can't do anything. This time it took very long time for it to even announce that "Zoom is in trouble. What do you want to do? close or wait". Or something like that. After I press "Close" it still is hanging in position and only after a while it started closing with a popped up window asking to report on the issue. I wrote it.

Later on when it was closed already, it asked again for reporting on the issue, but I didn't have time to waste anymore at all. I tried to open again that zoom session and this time it was not opening - for the first time ever. Before at least I could get back into the meeting.

Then there is another thing - always together with zoom meeting window I get message with yes/no from Zoom Workplace "CptHost.exe is using ocsCSP.dll from an unknown publisher. Are you sure you want to run this software?". This message comes since very long time ago, also in time when i had no problem exiting from breakout rooms. Message doesn't visibly interrupt the meeting and I don't know if it is related with the main issue.

Does anyone have any idea what is the cause and how to solve it please? I am missing out parts of my lessons.

Thank you for any help in advance,

Agnese
