On the screen, it says to sign in to the Zoom web portal and go to Account Management > Account Settings
But where is account management?
I'm signed in. There are only the following:
Profile
Meetings
Events and sessions
Personal contacts
Personal devices
Whiteboard
Notes
Documents
Surveys
Recordings and transcriptions
Clips
Scheduler
Settings

assuming you are the account owner or an admin, you should go to Admin and then Account Settings
