How to edit a recurring meeting that no longer appears in the Meetings list

I created a recurring meeting over a year ago. It no longer appears in my Meetings list, but it is still active, as I and other members of our group use it every week.

I would like to edit the configuration of that meeting, but I do not see any mechanism for doing so during the meeting (when I am host), and I do not see any mechanism for accessing the meeting from the webapp homepage.

Creating a new meeting and ensuring the new meeting id and passcode get to all the members, especially those who have not attended in a while, would likely be very disruptive.

Is there any way to access the meeting?

Go into the web portal and edit the meeting and change the recurrence to "no fixed time".

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I cannot even find the meeting

When I go to Meetings and select Upcoming Meetings or Previous Meeings, nothing appears.

I believe the meeting was created either in 2022 or 2020.

Is there any way to find an old meeting (+ 1 year old) using its meeting id?

When I go to the Web Portal, and select Meetings, no meetings appear either in the Upcoming Meetings or Previous Meetings tabs.

I believe the meeting was created either in 2022 or 2020.

Is there any way to find the meeting using the meeting code?

I am having the exact same problem. The ID/passcode is still working and the meeting appears in the "Meeting and webinar history" REPORT. But it does NOT appear in either the Upcoming or Previous Meeting tabs so I am not able to open, edit, or delete.

I did see a suggested solution to this issue was to click the "recurring meetings" link but I see no such link for my account. I typically access through the web portal but don't see the option with the web app either.

Seems like a huge security risk that account administrators no longer have control over certain recurring meetings.

Do we have a solution to this yet?

Hello @JenniferatGrace,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

When accessing the web portal, you may need to check both the 'Previous' and 'Upcoming' sections and adjust the date range to locate the meeting you're looking for.
