I am using Zoom to tutor and we are writing collaboratively. Sometimes when neither of us has hit a delete key some of the text disappears. Today apparently the student hit the home button by mistake and three paragraphs we had written together was gone. Is there a setting I can use to keep the work there as I want to share it with the parents after class?

I'm having the same problem. When collaborating on a whiteboard, one student keeps accidentally deleting all the text or an entire sticky note. I want students to collaborate but this obviously won't work if they're accidentally deleting things.

Hi @HWiens ,
When students accidentally delete the text, could you let the student undo the action? Or in the version history, previous version can be found.
