How many people can I share a whiteboard with (outside of meetings)?

When I share a whiteboard in a meeting, the number of participants for the whiteboard is the same as the maximum number of participants for the meeting, obviously.

However:

  1. When I share a whiteboard-link with 500 people and my meeting limit is 300. Would that be possible?
  2. Assuming I can share the whiteboard with an unlimited number of people, how many can edit at the same time (as maximum)? The same as my meeting limit?

Hi @JessicaH! there is no limit to how many people can be shared a whiteboard outside a meeting, but we limit the number of active connections outside a meeting to 100 users. So as an example, you can share a whiteboard with 500 users, but only 100 can open the whiteboard at a time. We dynamically update the active connections so that a user who opens a whiteboard and leaves it open for a day can be disconnected to make room for a new user.
