When updating to the latest version available, the camera stopped SHOWING an image and the microphone does not detect audio.
I did a downgrade version of Zoom and it worked again.
With the new version, the camera led lights up but there is no image. In addition, the camera works correctly with other applications. Something similar happens with the microphone.
The camera and audio drivers are up to date and in Win security, zoom is allowed to access the camera and microphone.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app with no positive results. I rebooted the notebooks on every install.
The same thing happens in another notebook of another brand. Both with Win10 with all patches updated.

Hello,
Is there any way for me to share my PowerPoint slides in the Zoom meeting while not letting the meeting participants to see my face?
Thank you,
This started about the time Microsoft updated Outlook and made it possible to add a Teams meeting to every meeting by default and, of course, defaulted that option to true. I have since turned that option off in settings, but this is what my screen looks like when I add a zoom meeting now.

I have a laptop that allows for multiple desktops to be running. Is it possible to run/access a meeting under different zoom accounts on the same device but on different desktops? Currently, if i launch a meeting on Desktop 1, then go to Desktop 2 and attempt to access zoom, it just puts me back on Desktop 1.

Hi. I am doing a meeting, and have had to restrict the number of participants. I am wanting to create a reply message to those who are still wanting to register after the maximum number has been achieved. This message would have the alternative dates, and the option to register for the new dates. Is this a possibility?

I recently tried to record a zoom meeting. Then was confused when I could not find it available as a local recording. After starting another meeting, I realized that the recording button said it would start a cloud recording, with no other option to record locally. My application version is 5.9.1

I added state and city to the required questions section of the registration options. Is there a way to view the city and state of those who registered by using the "View" button across from the "Manage Registrants" on the manage screen of the meetings? I don't want to run a report multiple times a day to access this info. I have multiple Zoom accounts, so I can't log in and out a bunch of times to view this info as a report only. I sent a test to myself and those were required fields that I filled out, but I don't see the info populate on the manage registrants screen.

I saw a zoom session where the speaker started with full screen of their video of themselves...during conversation they would toggle to full screen of PPT or Chrome session (with their video in lower right). Once done with the content they could easily switch back to full video of just themselves.... Here is a LINK of what I'm talking about https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F56Qh5WMd5g how is this done?
