Download list of Registrants?

We are trying something new (instead of using EventBrite). We do our free trainings in Zoom already so I thought we could use the Zoom Registration Required feature. It all seems good except I can't seem to be able to download a list of the registrants, it only lets me view them and then copy their info. That will be a real pain as we send them other materials before and after the training so I want an Excel list. Is that really not an option to download a list of registrants for a meeting? Thanks for your help.

You need to have enabled registration so users give their info. Then you will see a registration tab on the meeting information within zoom.us

Hi John, I can see the registration list, but it's not in a format I can easily share with presenters. Can I export the registration list into Excel or Sheets?

You should be able to download a csv file within the portal. You could use APIs to automate this and extract the registration list to an Excel and share with presenters. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you export registration and participant lists as a combined Excel and share with specified email addresses.
